“Beauty is how you feel inside, and it reflects in your eyes.
It is not something physical.” – Sophia Loren

When beauty is beheld, it is reflected in our eyes.  And there is a certain feeling, one of warmth, or of joy, that we feel when our eyes behold beauty.  And our eyes are the gateway to the soul.  When someone looks into my eyes, I want them to know that I have beheld beauty.

Just started reading One Thousand Gifts and am loving it so far~ amazing how the eyes can be opened to such seemingly small things that convey true beauty and God in them! Trying to recognize the things around me that I have to be grateful for is such great ‘therapy’! Thanks for your list!

  6. Praying right now for God’s continued provision and a new job for your husband that uses his gifts and blesses many!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I love this post.
I recently did a Beth Moore study where she talked about how seeing God, fixing our eyes on Him, will change how we look – as it did Moses..
And than recently I was reading a devotion that spoke of – beholding (Jesus) is what changes us, not out works..
Than your post.. I’m thinking that God wants me to be beholding more… 🙂

    Blessings to you
