You Were Made To Love

My Love,

Believe me when I tell you that I love you.  Please don’t turn away.  I know it’s hard for you to comprehend how I can love you so much.  But this is not for you to figure out.  You simply must trust.  Trust in my love for you and know that I will never ever love you any less than I do now.

Love me first.  This is the key to learning how to love.  Allow me to show you My love — the length, width, depth and height of my love.  It is as vast as the ocean.  It goes on forever.  It will never end.  I want you to rest and be secure in My love for you.

I love you,

no matter what.

I love you,

despite your failures.

I love you,

with all of your imperfections.

I love you,

beyond your sin and shame.

I love you,

even when you run from me.

I love you,

and I will never fail you.

When your heart is filled with My love, you will learn how to love.  I know you often feel as if you don’t now how to love.  Or at times you feel like you get it all wrong. You’ve been through a lot where love is concerned.  You’ve had your heart broken, and perhaps broken a few too, but this does not change the fact that I created you to love.

When you pour your heart out to me and fall in love with me, I will show you how to love.  One thing I want you to understand is that you do not have to do anything to earn my love.  I simply want you to learn to sit with me, talk with me, share your heart with me.  And in return, I will walk beside you, share my heart with you and lavish My love on you.

You were created to love.  So go on, love deeply.  Love fiercely.  Love without reservation.  Love without expecting anything in return.  Take My hand, and let me show you how to love.

Until tomorrow,
Love Jesus
