I am particularly fond of this painting. It is by far one of the pieces I am most pleased with. I painted this at a conference (although I cannot remember which one). I love the bold colors and how every time I look at it, I see light and the glory of the Lord. There could be a number of scriptures that could go with this painting.
Isn’t it comforting to know that even when darkness surrounds us, we have the Light of Christ which breaks the darkness? We do not need to fear. He is always with us.
Are you going through a dark time right now? Look to the light that is Christ. He will never leave you!
*This painting was done entirely with my hands, except for the first coat background color, which was applied with a sponge brush.
