Hinds Feet on High Places – Book Study Info
I am getting excited about this book study. I know of at least six others who are joining in. There is never any pressure for you to keep up. In order for me to process through my thoughts, it will help to blog about it. But I have no expectations for you other than that you allow God to speak to your heart. If you need to slow down, get behind, need a break that’s perfectly fine. There are no rules! And for those of you unable to join in the reading, that’s perfectly fine. I hope you will visit when you can and interact through comments here on the blog.
If you don’t already have a journal dedicated to this study, you will want to get one so that you can keep all of your thoughts down about your reading in one place.
Whether you will be joining in the study, or simply want to interact with us as we discuss the book, I have created a private Facebook Group for this purpose. If you aren’t already added (you should have received a notification) and want to be, just click over to the group page and request to join and I will add you.
I have put our weekly readings on our group page under “files”. I am also attaching it here as a PDF file for those of you who won’t be interacting on Facebook. Just click on the link below.
Some of the reading is long, some are short. If you are having trouble keeping up, it’s okay. We all have busy lives, families and other commitments. I want this to be a “no pressure” study and I want you to have the freedom to go at your own pace. If I feel the study is moving too fast, I may move to posting every other week which will give us all two weeks to complete the reading, but, that will make this study go into 2015 and I really want to finish in early December. 🙂
There is still time to order the Kindle Version of the book to participate in the study. You can also order a soft copy here for just $1.00. If you pay $10 for priority shipping, you could have the book by the beginning of next week. And the book is still reasonably priced at $11 (including shipping).
Remember to request to join the Facebook Group. I will be posting thoughts along the way each week to help engage us in conversation.
Looking forward to taking the journey to the high places with you!
