52Lists Project v. 8 // My Favorite Albums

I am a worshipper by nature. No matter what mood I am in, things turn quickly when I hear worship music. The music and lyrics touch my heart and take me straight into the Father’s presence.

This week’s list is your favorite albums. Here are some of mine.

Good on you, Barbie. There are days when I find it difficult to worship. But I always always try. Music is really a gift from God, isn’t it? When you play something beautiful, your mood can instantly shift.

This week’s list has me looking into music for my quiet time. I’ve struggled with music being on and lots of chatter. Another blogger shared, “sensory overload” and I can relate. Have a wonderful day!

Such a nice selection, Barbie. Thank you. I don’t know all of them. I looked up Steffany Gretzinger, and the song “Letting Go” really touched my heart, especially these lines:
“I confess I still get scared sometimes
But perfect love comes rushing in
And all the lies that screamed inside go silent
    The moment You begin”
I have so many favorite songs, but one that always strengthens me is “Greater” by MercyMe. Blessings and hugs to you!

I love music for quiet time – me time always involves music for me. Mostly music with a deeper meaning. Music that helps guide me or music to give me strength. Some songs will put a smile on my face while others will make me cry. I love the power a tune and words can have. Happy Tuesday xxx
