The Beauty of Community // Glimpses v.3
This month marks 8 years of blogging for me. Eight years! It’s a rarity that I’ve come across anyone who has been blogging as long as I have. But they are out there, and I know some of them.
When I first began writing in this space (called “My Freshly Brewed Life” back then), I had no clue how things would evolve here. I knew that God had called me to encourage the heart of women, no matter where they were on their journey, but I was so unsure of myself. I still am.
So many of you have grown with me and have followed me around the blogsphere through my many design changes, name changes and the self-publication of my first book. Some of you joined me later, sharing stories through link ups and encouraging me through your visits and comments. Still many are new friends, who I am just beginning to get to know, but am so very grateful that we’ve found each other.
To mark my 8 year blogiversary, I want to give each of you a printable of one of my art pieces. I hope that it will bless you. Just click here to download it.
There is so much beauty found in this big world of blogging, and I am grateful to have a small voice in it. I am thankful that you are here and I look forward to continuing to encourage you on your journey.Beauty is found in community. #glimpsesofhisbeauty Click To Tweet
*I am excited to announce that beginning next Monday, August 1st, there will be a brand new opportunity in this space to share how God is uncovering the beauty in your own life. For the details, I hope you will visit me at the Let Us Grow link up this weekend over at Let Us Walk Worthy. God is doing a work in both mine and Carrie’s hearts and I will be sharing more in my post there this weekend.
But for now, I continue to share the glimpses of beauty that God brings to my every day life.
