52Lists Project // Thanksgiving Menu

Thanksgiving is almost here. It’s one of my favorite holidays. I have fond memories of getting up early in the morning, watching the parade and eating nonstop. We are pretty traditional in our family with regard to the menu. Today I am sharing what will be on our table for Thanksgiving dinner along with others for the 52 Lists Project.

Mmmm! That sounds yummy! We are crafting our menu too. Teehee gotta love late starts. I will definitely come back and share the link once we have it figured out. 🙂 Thanks for sharing yours and Happy Thanksgiving!

That sounds yummy! My husband loves chocolate cream pie… and yet I never think to make it. Happy Thanksgiving.

  3. Tiffany says:

Asparagus and fruit salad sound like wonderful ideas! I may have to add those to our menu in the future!

Ooo, chocolate cream pie – yum. As much as I love chocolate, there’d be mutiny if I didn’t make pumpkin pie… but an apple tort – I could get away with that! May you have a blessed Thanksgiving!

    • Barbie says:

Our family isn’t the fondest over pumpkin (oddly enough) so the chocolate cream suits us. Have a blessed time with your family.

  5. Our table is pretty traditional as well. Turkey, Ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, mac and cheese, green bean casserole, my famous homemade macaroni salad, (my kids demand this every holiday, Lol! ) sweet potatoes, dinner rolls, and a variety of desserts.

  6. June says:

Ham is my favorite! and asparagus – yum! Let’s see, I know we’re having turkey. I’m bringing the potato salad and three kinds of pie (cherry, pumpkin, and pecan). Who knows what all will be there once all the kids arrive! Probably a version of green bean casserole. My daughter loves to make that every year! Many blessings on your Thanksgiving day, Barbie!

    • Barbie says:

I love green bean casserole, but no one in my family likes it. I only make it every other year when I host. Blessings to you my friend.

  7. I’m still full! My favorite this year was amazing Mac and Cheese my niece brought.

Mmh, sounds wonderful! Hope your Thanksgiving was filled with love! And I hope you feel better soon!
Here in Germany people do not celebrate Thanksgiving but we do – we brought that tradition with us from our 3 years in Chicago. So this past weekend we had turkey with family and friends and had our own little Thanksgiving celebration!
