If you would like to be considered to write a guest post on my site, please read the following guidelines first. You do not have to have an active blog in order to guest post, but I may ask for samples of your writing before you are accepted. *I reserve the right to turn down any inquiry or submission that does not meet with the normal flow and perspective of my blog.
Writers must share from a Christian perspective (how is God working in our life, what are you learning on your journey, how can you offer hope and encouragement to others?).
Posts must be new (not written elsewhere on the web) and be devotional in nature.
Posts should be between 500-700 words. Please break up longer posts with different font styles, quotes, etc.
Please include an image for your post which will serve as the “featured image”. This image is to be 800 pixels wide. You may include 1-2 other images to appear in the post, but it’s not necessary. These are to be 500 pixels wide. You may watermark your images with your site name/address. *NOTE: ALL images submitted must be your own or royalty free. There are many sites that provide royalty-free images.
If you blog on WordPress, please set up your post in your post editor and include your graphics. You can then copy the html code and paste it into an email to send me. That will save me lots of time by not having to reformat your. If you do not blog on WordPress, posts can be sent to me via email in a Word document. Please make sure all images are attached as PNG or JPEG files.
I reserve the right to edit your post to match the look and feel of my blog.
Please include a bio (75-100 words), photo of yourself and links to social media sites you would like me to highlight.
On the day your post goes live, I will share across my social media networks. I will share the permalink with you so that you can share it too. But please do not share the post in it’s entirety.
I would love for you to check for comments on the day your guest post is live and interact with the community, which is the heart of my blog.
If the above all sounds good and you would still like to be considered, please complete the form below and I will be in touch within the next week or two.
