Our physical bodies need food in order to survive. We allow ourselves to go without sometimes almost to the point of fainting. But as soon as the nourishment enters our bodies, we are restored back to health.
It is even more important that our spiritual bodies are kept nourished and healthy.
There are trials in life, disappointments and discouraging seasons. When we think we can no longer walk the path He’s placed before us He comes with spiritual nourishment for our souls, reviving, refreshing and renewing our spirits to make the often long journey ahead.
