I’m not one to stray away from my comfort zone as a writer. I write what I know and about my experiences. I prefer to stay within safe boundaries. I don’t like confrontation, or debating politics or writing about topics that may cause division. You see, this is my home and I always want others to feel safe and find comfort here when they visit.

It doesn’t mean I’ve never mentioned a controversial topic here on the blog. I have, but I choose to stay neutral. I prefer to discuss such things in private. We all have opinions about the things happening around us, but I don’t want to clutter up this space with those types of discussions.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. (2 Corinthians 1:3-5)
I want you to find comfort in this space when you visit. You choose to come here and it’s an honor to have you. May the words I share be filled with grace and be a balm to your weary soul.
