During the month of February, I will be participating with other bloggers in the #write28days challenge. I have done similar writing challenges before and have finished most of them. With my return to blogging, I have decided I would share something that I have been working on over the last several months, and that is my health. I have had several people ask about my weight loss journey so I’ve decided to use the writing prompts to share my progress. Some words may be challenging but I will make it happen.
I am not committing to writing for just 5 minutes as is normally the case with the word prompts; rather, I will be using the prompts to help guide my writing. I am not sure how it will all turn out, I’m just grateful to be sharing my heart with you all again. My hope is that by sharing you will be encouraged in your own journey towards health!
