  1. Wise advice, Barbie! I’ve found that logging food frustrates me, so I avoid that 😜. I lost 60 lbs using low carb about 15 years ago, and last May I realized I had slowly gained 20 back and decided to do something about it. I started eating keto, because it seemed healthier than the low carb I did before. I do very lazy keto—I write down the carbs and try to get the from a variety of sources. It’s been very successful for me, and my triglycerides have gone way down (along with my bad cholesterol). I’m vegetarian, so finding good sources of protein other than cheese took some research 😁.
