Abiding In The Vine — 19 Comments

  1. Dear Barbie, thank you so much for visiting my blog and for the comment left there. Many thans for your wishes on my pregnancy! Kisses and sorry for delay…

  2. Barbie,  Thank you for stopping by my blog and leaving me your words and prayers.  You have truly blessed me!

  3. Oh Barbie, that is SOOOOO good!  I have always loved this scripture, but the way you broke it down with the definitions made it hit home even more.

Thank you for sharing your heart!

    Love,
    Beth

  4. I spoke at a retreat in May and the theme was John 15. I shared about remaining in His love too, so I appreciate knowing this portion of the Word spoke to you in your prayer room. God is good! Thanks for stopping by my blog recently. Love from Colorado, Tiffany

    • Michele, thank you for visiting.  I have found there are so many walking through this type of season that we are in.  I wrote several posts about my journey of losing our home on my blog.  I you will be encouraged as you read.  Visit again soon!

  5. Beautiful! I love the word JOY…I actually have it above my kitchen sink to remind myself daily the lesson I learned as a child J-Jesus  first, O-others second, Y-yourself last. If we put Jesus first in our lives, abiding in Him, then we will have that Joy!! Thank you for the reminder to continue to abide in Him because some days it seems more difficult than others!!

  6. Abiding in Him to receive fullness of joy seems like such a simple concept, yet is so difficult to follow sometimes. Thanks for illustrating these verses in such a way that I can understand it. Happy Thursday! 🙂
